On May 2, 2008 the Leonard Transportation Center hosted the second Leonard Transportation Center Forum. For Whom the Road Should Toll: The Future of Toll Roads and Toll Roads and Road Pricing in California featured an all star cast of state and national authorities, parishioners and scholars on transportation finance and road pricing.

On May 4, 2007 the Leonard Transportation Center hosted its first Transportation Forum. It was a topical program geared to the information needs of Inland Empire businesses, transportation practitioners, elected and appointed officials.
